Aromatic Characteristics
Herbal and fruity notes, a beautiful aroma of pear, quince, dill and lime. Its sweetness is provided by the caramelization obtained in the slow cooking of the agave.
Gustatory Characteristics
Very pleasant mix of citrus flavors flavor, cooked agave, vanilla, basil, olive and lime. The ending is long and deep, complex but easy to drink.
